- FC-4472 - MyST artifact download is no longer dependent on WLST, thus enabling support for non-WebLogic deployments.
In 7.2.1 we introduce in place upgrades for 12c -> 14c, generic http callouts as post deployment actions, captured custom actions against the platform instance, and more.
